ABLAW Athens Business Lawyers – registered with the Athens Bar Association as “Kouloridas, Tountopoulos and partners Dikigoriki Etairia”) is a boutique law firm specializing in M&As, private equity, corporate, commercial law and financial regulation. The founding partners are all acknowledged experts in the field. Two of them hold academic posts in directly related areas. The firm was established in 2011 as a legal vehicle, but is based on a long record of close cooperation between its partners.
