ACCESS ARCHITECTS Information

Access Architects is a Mumbai-based architectural practice built on more than four decades of design and delivery experience. Our work spans residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use and institutional architecture, with deep experience navigating the realities that determine whether an architectural idea survives: regulation, structure, services, budgets, consultants, contractors and construction. Technology has always been part of that evolution. Access adopted CAD, BIM, 3D modelling and immersive tools as they became useful, and today continues to explore computational methods and artificial intelligence. But technology is not the proposition. The proposition is better architecture, informed by experience and capable of surviving the real world. The knowledge accumulated through Access has also become the foundation for two newer experiments: AXS Design, exploring how technology can amplify exceptional design authorship, and Kaizen AI, exploring how computational intelligence can expand the problem-solving capacity available to real-estate projects. Looking Beyond.
