Our firm was founded in October 2022 by Aaron Katz, a nationally-recognized, award-winning white collar defense attorney and trial lawyer who spent nearly two decades at Ropes & Gray LLP. Our firm specializes in white collar criminal defense and False Claims Act litigation. We represent companies and individuals in all stages of litigation against the government--during investigations, at trial, or on appeal.
