ZOCCAM® is a company interested in providing licensed real estate agents with real-time applications which allows these agents to outperform consumers, reduce broker liability and increase productivity. We will be launching our first product: an electronic delivery of earnest money and option checks. This process utilizes remote deposit capture to send the earnest money check to the title company and the option fee to the seller. Upon receipt, notifications will be sent to the parties that the money has been deposited in the desired location. Our new product is safe and secure, expedites check delivery, saves time and is environmentally friendly due to a reduced need to drive to complete transactions.
