ZHR Consulting helps organizations translate their strategic vision into HR solutions that meet their business objectives. With deep experience as an HR leader, Paul has touched every facet of HR. Paul has held HR executive roles for both large and small, public and privately held companies. Most recently, he lead the global HR function at FLIR Systems, Inc. headquartered in Wilsonville, Oregon with over 4,000 global team members. Prior to FLIR, he held a number of HR leadership roles in Silicon Valley hi-tech and bio-tech organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California at Davis with a minor in Psychology.
