Zero makes 100% fossil-free petroleum: fuels and chemicals identical to those from crude oil, made instead from water and carbon dioxide taken from the air, using renewable energy. Hydrocarbons have given society immeasurable advantages. Zero's purpose is to keep those advantages while removing the fossil source, by building a fully circular, carbon-neutral supply at scale. With the Royal Air Force, Zero secured the Guinness World Records® title for the first aircraft powered by 100% synthetic fuel in 2021.
