Zero In Developments is a privately owned property development company based in the Southeast of England focussed on delivering sustainable homes that are built for the future. We strive to deliver high quality low carbon homes that provide comfortable and healthy living environments, maximising the use of natural elements and daylight, and offer improved levels of indoor air quality to enhance the mental and physical wellbeing of those that live there. With a strong focus on environmental sustainability, we aim to move away from traditional and dated building standards to promote best practice in low carbon design. We look to re-purpose existing buildings, reusing materials and minimising waste to minimise the embodied carbon of our developments. Our design process then follows a fabric-first approach to reduce the energy demanded from our buildings before then introducing low and zero carbon technologies to serve them, helping to drastically reduce carbon emissions and annual operating costs. Our ethos is built around learning and constant improvement and so we believe strongly in building long-lasting relationships and partnerships with the people we work with to enable us to transfer knowledge from one project to the next.
