We are a European real estate asset manager. Our focus is on sustainable and ESG conform value creation. Since 2014, we have been investing in key real estate asset classes for private and institutional investors across Europe. Our investments in companies such as ZEITRAUM, an operator of temporary accommodation, and ZEITSTROM, an operator of real estate energy infrastructure, strengthen our position as an operator of real estate.
