We have played an important role on the Czech real estate market for 28 years. We have many significant Prague buildings in our portfolio, one of which is the metronome on Letna, which has become an integral part of our logo. We have a wide range of properties for your home or business. As the direct owners, we guarantee our clients very favourable conditions during a sale or rental, detailed information about each property and complete service. At the current time we own more than 370,000 m2 of residential, office and storage space, primarily in Prague, where we have our head office. We also offer property in Kladno, Pardubice, Hradec Králové, Slaný and Odolena Voda. The flats in our portfolio that are for sale include flats in their current condition, completely reconstructed flats and also flats with revenue, which are rented over the long term and are suitable for safekeeping and the appreciation of your funds. These are primarily situated in extensively reconstructed buildings. There is a total of more than 45,000 m2 of flat space. Each year we sell more than 300 of our flats. In terms of leasing we have more than 50,000 m2 of residential space and more than 270,000 m2 of non-residential space. The non-residential space is predominantly office, production and warehouse space. We own one of the largest warehouse/production complexes in Prague, with an area on the order of 100,000 m2 of warehouses and production space and 20,000 m2 of offices, in the immediate vicinity of the Zličín metro station. The constant growth and expansion of the company allows us to solidify the stability and credibility on the real estate market in the Czech Republic, which monetary institutions also appreciate, as they can offer our clients the most favourable conditions when providing mortgage loans.
