At Design Collaborative, we strive to redefine architecture and engineering for a changing world. We're architects, engineers, interior designers, and graphic designers - an expert group of problem solvers who value teamwork, guidance, and originality. Since we were founded in 1992, we have been located in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana, focusing on the higher education, healthcare, and corporate markets across the nation. We work best with clients that value relationships as much as buildings, and our goal is to make life better for the people who live, work, play, learn, heal, or worship inside those buildings.

What has kept us on top of the market for so long? An international, highly skilled and experienced group of designers, researchers, and engineers. We employ only the best people in the design industry. Not only do they come from outstanding academic programs, they also have unparalleled industry experience and success stories. Our people are all specialists within their fields, however, they all possess secondary, and sometimes tertiary skill sets. They are qualified to work anywhere, but they choose to work here. We love what we do, and it shows.

Urban Synergy is a youth empowerment charity, on a mission to inspire, guide and ignite the ambitions of young people. Our approach focuses on early support, to build confidence and show young people what’s possible. That’s why we connect them with aspirational - yet relatable - role models and mentors, as well as industry leading companies. Understanding that every young person, their circumstance, and their dreams are unique, we tailor our school programmes, mentoring and work experience opportunities to help them reach their individual potential. With the collaboration of our valued partners, we are building an equitable world where everyone, regardless of their background, is empowered to write their own future.
