I am based in London and currently doing private catering (private chef) and Japanese cooking classes (demonstration chef). Most of my clients are in the UK but I also have a group in the south of France, whom I visit regularly. I have dome private che for Dr. Miriam Stoppard and her family for 5 weeks in France. Also BBC food ball presenter and food ball payer, Bob Willson’s , Willow Foundation event last month. I was one of the prize the evening for 500 founder. I am sure that you and English people will already be familiar with Sushi and possibly a wider range of Japanese dishes, and would be keen to learn how to prepare some them. I offer classes that emphasise the Japanese home cooking style and healthy eating, as part of a balanced diet. I also specialize in creating rounded nutritional cooking and sushi classes.
