Your P.S. Information

Hi, I’m Amelia Birch. Your Personal Sommelier. Your P.S. is a personalised sommelier service to educate and empower budding wine drinkers to feel confident and self-assured in their wine preferences - for every day drinking and special events. No ‘wanky wino’s’ here. Why Is Your P.S. Different? + I’m Your Personal Sommelier, at home. In a restaurant, when ordering a bottle of wine, the sommelier will listen to the things you like about wine and then present you with a few options that would suit you. I do exactly the same thing, but for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. You don’t get that in a bottle shop… + I’ll help you build your knowledge of wine, and your palate. With me selecting the wines you receive in your subscription box, you’re guided in your learning. Ways To Work With Me. + Wine Shop. Drink The Wine You Love. Whether you’re looking to understand your wine palate, find a thoughtful gift, or just take the guesswork out of the wine list for your next social event, Your P.S. has you covered. + Wine Experiences. Fun. Intimate. Educational. Anyone can order a glass of Pinot Grigio out at a restaurant, but want a Gruner Veltliner or a Soave? A Dolcetto or an Etna Rosso? Grab a group of friends and explore some varietals that are off the beaten track… + Wedding Wine. Your Style. Your Quantities. There’s a lot at stake when choosing the wine for your wedding. The people you have to impress, the balance between the varietals, not the mention getting the right quantities without going overboard, or heaven forbid, running out! Turn those anxieties into a fun wedding experience that will give you all the feels of your wedding, ahead of time.
