Your Favourite Records is a relatively new indie-label, set to prove that with a relatively small amount of money, and a joint effort from an artist and a record-company, it s possible to present high-quality music to the public - and maybe even make some money in the process. The focus is, apart from the quality of the music, to release music with the highest possible profit going directly to the artists rather than into expensive marketing, payrolls and so on... Your Favourite Records was founded in 2005 by pianist Lars Winther, with the simple aim of releasing his own records. In 2007 he released his 2nd album (Lars Winther Trio: Nordic By Nature), and after this he decided to start helping other hardworking artists release their music as well.
