Deb & Russell Young established Younga Yoga Studio in 2006 with the vision to create a beautiful space that provides the community with a balanced variety of vinyasa yoga classes, inspirational events, healthy living programs and trainings to deepen one's study of yoga. Our classes are dynamic and challenging, yet we encourage our students to work at their own level and practice safely with awareness. All our classes incorporate the principals of vinyasa yoga (working in a moving meditation with the breath), meditation and pranayama. Although many students practice just for the physical benefits, we believe that as you go deeper into the practice you will discover that yoga is not just a series of postures, it is a state of being. We are committed to providing a space where people feel welcomed, supported and able to experience the true benefits of yoga.
