Our story begins almost 50 years ago with an herbal tea blend of Ginger, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Pepper, and Cardamom. Treasured for its wellness-supporting properties, this aromatic and warming tea was inspired by the ancient holistic philosophy of Ayurveda. Believed to be one of the oldest traditional systems of medicine, Ayurveda recommends a holistic approach to wellness and emphasizes the importance of bringing your body, mind, and spirit into a state of balance. Yogi is a privately owned company operated by East West Tea Company, LLC. (EWTC). The East West Tea Company manufacturing facility and headquarters are based in Eugene, Oregon, approximately 100 miles south of Portland, Oregon, where we also have a Sales & Marketing office. Our manufacturing facility is the first LEED-certified tea manufacturing facility in the world. Here, East West Tea Company produces over 40 Yogi tea blends made from 140 exotic spices and botanicals sourced from 100% non-GMO growers around the globe.
