From yoga lifestyle tools to the most beautiful sustainable yoga clothing. Although I have been working on the effect of our mindset and food habits all my life, I took my first physical yoga class in 2008. Just to find out that savasana, butterfly pose and sitting in stillness, which I was practicing since being a teenager, are part of the yoga practice. Still, life had to evolve further (read stressful), before I became committed to a daily yoga practice in 2012. I followed my first yoga teacher training in 2014 (and still keep on learning from the world best yoga teachers). Leading up also to the establishment of YogaHabits in 2015. My goal with YogaHabits is to help you create more valuable habits that have a positive effect in your yoga classes and how you feel "off the mat". To practice more therapeutically and feel wholesome while living your life. YogaHabits is here to support, motivate and inspire you every step of the way. To create habits that are worth creating.
