Yoga means 'to unite.' Soul is our essence; our spirit. YogaSoul is a vibrant yoga community! We believe that yoga is for everyone and every BODY. We love to share it! Whatever your reason for walking through our door and regardless of your flexibility and body type, we strive to help you feel comfortable and at home. At YogaSoul, yoga is not a competitive sport. It is a personal experience that has something to offer everyone. Get on your mat, be attentive to your physical strength and limitations, and let the experience unfold in your body and mind. Through the regular practice of yoga, nagging pain and tightness can dissipate and strength of body and mind will grow. We are a vinyasa yoga studio. Our classes are a powerful, conscious flow of movement and breath. Vinyasa is an engaging, transformative style of yoga that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. Our classes are heated to 80-90 degrees. Heat facilitates movement, increases focus, deeply opens and detoxifies the body, and feels amazing! If you've never tried a heated class, we invite you to leave your fears and expectations at the door and step into the flow.
