Yoga Rock Studios provides a safe and friendly place for people to come just as they are, to transform their bodies while expanding their heart. We believe that healthy bodies, and happy hearts lead radiant and abundant lives. we are committed to the development of the entire, whole individual while providing a space for you to transform, in what ever way you need to benefit your life. We support you as an individual and embrace the fact everyone is unique and special in their own way. Yoga is a unique and personal experience for each us. We believe that Yoga is a practice that empowers transformation in the body and the opportunity to let go of the thoughts that weigh our lives down. It is taking a deep breath of the known and exhaling into the unknown. On the the mat, I've been able to reach a sense of balance and flexibility, experiencing strength with each pose, and peace of mind with each breath. These qualities accompany me as I transition off the mat and into life, allowing me to engage in the world in a positive and loving way. We bring our own beliefs, joys, and concerns to the practice of yoga – and with that the ability to transform our own lives based on what matters most to us.
