Hot Yoga for Life offers Hot Hatha Yoga and Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga for students of all fitness levels and all ages through a variety of class times and price packages. Hot Yoga for Life intends to provide quality yoga instruction to new and seasoned students. We abide by a few simple rules: - There is no judgement. - We will provide unconditional care and encouragement to all students. - Teachers will only be facilitators in realizing and reaching students' goals. - Every student's well-being is our priority. We are dedicated to provide you with the best learning experience by hiring some of the best teachers, certified by the most rigorous professional certification programs. All of our teachers are members of Yoga Alliance. We also offer Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training at various levels.
