Founded in Portland, Oregon in 1990, Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. is a firm of civil and structural engineers, planners, landscape architects, surveyors, and scientists who provide comprehensive, integrated services. Our project types include transportation facilities; site development; utility infrastructure; water resources; stormwater facilities; parks; and residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial site development. Our services span the full range necessary to successfully bring these projects to fruition. Since 1990, our mission has been to satisfy our clients by providing excellent service, solving their problems, and meeting their needs. HHPR is large enough to effectively provide a wide range of services, yet not so large that our clients ever need to be concerned about getting our full attention.
