Yeltic designs bespoke education strategies focused on behavioural change, keeping training consistent across sites, brands and markets as organisations grow fast. Our approach is grounded in research: a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge, and selection onto the UK Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade's Global Entrepreneur Programme, which requires proprietary technology and a customer-validated product. Yeltic Dialogue, our immersive conversation simulator, sits alongside AI-driven technology, always as a means to better learning, not the point of the exercise.
