Kirby has held various management and executive roles within the organisations she has worked, including training & development, mentoring and performance management. Kirby also has experience in organisations going through corporate culture change or transformation, including mergers & acquisitions. Kirby believes in Coaching as a way to empower individuals, teams and organisations to achieve efficient and effective results. Kirby's key strengths and aptitudes are in motivating and challenging her clients.
