We provide FREE Priority shipping for USA addresses and for Military Addresses. If a package cannot be delivered because you are not available, or you reject the package, and it is returned to us, any shipping expenses incurred by Xtreme Knives will be subtracted from the refund made to you. Plus an additional 5% of the cost of the knife will also be subtracted from the refund for restocking. If you need expedited shipping, please email or call us for pricing and availability. We do not offer 2-Day, or Overnight Shipping to some areas. Xtreme Knives will not send you a replacement for a stolen/lost knife and we will not refund your money if the package is shown by the US Postal Service as being delivered to your address. Packages can be signed for by any adult at the delivery address other than the individual who ordered the item(s). INSURED PACKAGES GOING TO A USA NON-MILITARY ADDRESS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY UNLESS YOU REQUEST "NO SIGNATURE". All shipments to an apartment, suite, etc. will always be sent with a signature required. If you request "no signature", Xtreme Knives will not be held responsible for any package that is lost, or stolen after delivery. We will not replace the missing item(s) nor refund your payment.
