Xn Foundation is a charity organisation set up to empower African Youth, stimulate creativity and well being. In its seventh year since being founded, the charity has grown to become one of the largest organisations supporting Nigerian students in the UK. This it does through strategic programmes and initiatives. One of such programmes include the International Conference of Nigerian Students (ICONS), which is the single largest conference of Nigerian students in Europe. Others include the Nigerian Students Careers Programme (NSCP) and the Programme for the Awareness and Intervention for Disability (PAID).
