XILO is an Applied Systems Certified Vendor, named in the first class of Applied's Vendor Certification Program in August 2026. The certified Applied Epic integration creates and updates Clients and Policies, generates Activities, uploads Attachments, delivers personal lines application data ahead of the carrier download, and builds Marketing Submission data for commercial teams. We've served more than 500 agencies, including 40 of the Top 100, and we are SOC 2 compliant. XILO was founded in 2018 by Jon Corrin and Eli Zaragoza — a software engineer and a second-generation P&C agent, best friends from Delaware, to help Eli's family agency compete with the direct writers.
