Xara Developers is a fully Ghanaian owned civil engineering company duly incorporated in Ghana since 2008. -Hydrological engineering. -Quarrying. -Real estate development. We have the enviable title as one of the pioneering Ghanaian companies in recent history to venture into hydrological engineering.. Ghana has approximately 540km of coastline and due to its nature, majority of it is constantly under the damaging effects of tidal waves causing coastal erosion. This phenomenon causes loss of live, properties as well as damaging the tourism potential of our beaches. Xara Developers (“Xara”) is an indigenous player in the quarry industry since 2008 that has over the years successfully created an extensive portfolio of granite mining concessions and grown to become a Multi-million Dollar organisation. We currently have concessions in and around Cape Coast, Takoradi, Shama, Sekondi, Axim, Nsawam, Winneba, Keta amongst others. It is important to note that the quarrying and construction industries go hand in hand since one cannot exist without the other.
