Maker Workshop delivers consultation, Professional Development, training, workshops and supplies for anyone wishing to get involved in the Maker subculture. The Maker subculture is a cross over between the hands on 'Do-It-Yourself' culture and the 'Hacker' electronics and programming/coding subcultures. The Maker subculture embraces discovery, innovation, learning and creativity and embodies the STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art Maths) learning model. Maker Workshop aims to drive STEAM learning in all ages through 'Maker' style hands on workshops that deliver fun, explorative learning with open ended outcomes - the fun doesn't just stop at the end of the workshop!
