Our first endeavour has its roots in its inventor, an Indian, who was encouraged by his mentor Dr. Abdul Kalam (former President of India) to patent some of his algorithm work, leading to a visual auscultation technology. The technology, a synergy of sight & sound, helps clinician enhance their ability to screen for murmurs. It gained proof of concept, when an early prototype was used to triage victims of the 2004 Asian Tsunami, with higher degree of speed and accuracy, than conventional means.
