The website featured hundreds of HD fitness videos in categories that included aerobics, strength training, stretches, yoga, sports conditioning, and more. While others relied heavily on memberships and fee-based revenue models, Workoutz.com did the exact opposite and made their content free to the public. Personalized exercise programs were also available at no cost.
