WorkOcto is a digital platform for construction, manufacturing, hospitality etc. companies to lower their managing and on-boarding costs by raising company's deskless workforce efficiency. Companies with a majority of deskless employees in their ranks, spend too much money and waste time dealing with workforce related issues which can be solved through AI and Big data solutions. In collaboration with Tartu University we came up with a solution how to calculate every single deskless employee efficiency rating. Named rating is based on many different data points like time, motivation, teamwork, skillset, leadership etc. With the employee ratings in hand, companies can implement and use their workforce at their best fit.
