Providing workforce planning and development services, Workforce BluePrint was launched in 2006 by Wendy Perry and Associates Pty Ltd which was established in 2002 as Vocational and Educational and Training (VET/TVET) experts and strategists. In January 2019, Wendy Perry was appointed the Entrepreneurship Facilitator for Adelaide, South Australia through Switch Start Scale, working with people who have business ideas, are running startups and scaleups. With a head office in Adelaide, South Australia, clients are across all Australian states and territories, and global connections in Africa, Bhutan, Ecuador, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore and the USA. The company’s vision is to develop 21st Century Workforces and World-class education systems by understanding the future of jobs, skills and work. With a mission to build current and future workforce capability, capacity, contribution and productivity, applying new discovery technologies, insights and intelligence.
