WordSentry develops and markets speech analytics models to recognize and predict trends during customer communications. These models are developed by Dr. Johan Bollen and team, incorporating proprietary algorithms and utilizing the most advanced artificial intelligence & natural language processing tools. PROPHESY, our latest product, analyzes customer support interactions during a CS conversation, returning “probability of churn” metrics. Trained on tens of millions of actual customer support conversations, Prophesy is unlike any other predictive analytic product, in that it does NOT utilize keyword, sentiment, or emotion detection. Instead, its functionality is based on recognition of historical precedent, making the model vertically agnostic and highly accurate (87%+), and eliminating the need for custom data sets. All WordSentry models are based on similar theory of probability.
