Cloudapt was founded by Central Indiana technology, construction, and development entrepreneurs who couldn’t find a technology partner that truly met the needs of modern buildings, so we built one. We advise, design, build, and manage the technology inside multifamily and commercial buildings, entirely in-house with no subcontractors. Most designers plan but don’t build, and most installers build but don’t operate. Cloudapt does all four, so we join your design team years before construction and stay accountable for the technology through decades of occupancy.
