WKN (PNE AG group) is an international leader in the development, design and construction of plants powered by renewable sources, with a long track record of wind, onshore and offshore plants, developed on various continents. The group has been present in Italy since 2007 in the development of wind and photovoltaic plants in various regions of Italy. The range of our services ranges from site sourcing, technical design, financing and structuring of PPAs. Since 2024 is transforming itself into IPP, Independent Power Producer. By virtue of the numerous projects carried out in the photovoltaic and wind energy sector, since 1990 our colleagues and collaborators are highly motivated and highly qualified experts in many disciplines, who tackle each project with passion, always identifying the optimal configuration and adopting technologies at the avant-garde in collaboration with our technical and commercial partners. WKN is present in Italy in the offices of Rome and Milan, in the main offices in Germany in Husum and Hamburg, and in the other branches in various countries in Europe, in South Africa and in the United States, making use of a network of external collaborators located throughout the territory.
