WJK & Associates was founded in 2011. William James Kyle, or "Bill", is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years' experience in both residential and commercial applications of the Real Estate Industry. Bill's career includes roles as an Architect, Builder and Project Manager across a variety of firms specializing in everything from residential "flips", high-end residential additions, design/build projects, and commercial construction. Before founding "WJK & Associates," Bill was a Project Manager for Rebcor Construction, Inc. where he was responsible for all phases of the contract lifecycle, including cost estimating, sub-contractor selection/management, client relations, and site management through contract completion. Bill has executed projects for clients such as Gap, Inc., Modell's Sporting Goods, Man of The World, Talbots Clothing, Orogold Cosmetics, Anne Taylor Taylor, Rite Aid Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy, Carters, Inc., and OshKosh B'gosh. Bill's early career focused primarily on commercial and residential Architectural Drawing for firms such as Drafting Design Consultants, Inc., The Design/Build Company, Robert E. Lamb, Inc. and NDCI Consulting. And while Bill learned the ins-and-outs of the much more complex commercial environment, his true passion has always been building his own designs, bringing to life the dream homes of his residential clients. Bill has his Bachelors of Science in Architecture, Structural Engineering and Construction Management.
