We predominantly, but not uniquely, support training providers with Governance, Funding Applications, Infrastructure Development, Human Resources, Digital Marketing, Project Management and Technological Transformation. Our achievements as a partnership extend several years prior to incorporation. Our methodology is based on integration within your organisation; we operate as any other employee. We attend events, meetings, collaboration processes, organisation announcements, etc. We do not limit how we work with a partner to one area. Any project implemented into an active organisation has repercussions for most departments and stakeholders. We use a holistic, people-centred approach to organisational transformation. We also do not just offer recommendations, reports and advice. We design and implement process and policies and manage project communications, exactly as if we were employed by you. Our unique selling point is the qualified experience and achievements we bring. Collectively, we are a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and hold a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). We hold both PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma qualifications (with years of experience) and degrees in Aeronautical Engineering, Law and Management Accountancy. Our aim is to add value to your organisation through our widespread, shared experiences that inform process development and decision making, whilst getting stuck in with support, driving and implementing change.
