Retaining Construction at the Group’s core, multi award winning Principal Contractor McGoff Construction is the build vehicle for the Group’s asset backed operating businesses, whilst community based developer Villafont promotes site identification and acquisition. New Care is a development led care operator established in 2010 and is unparalleled within the care sector. The Group’s latest venture is Downtown Manchester, a 368 unit private rental scheme in Salford, Manchester. Alongside Downtown, investment will be channelled into New Care’s future pipeline of Care Centres along with the launch of Back to the Garden Childcare, a new generation children’s day care offering. A natural extension to the Groups’ service offering is the total facilities management solution provided by McGoff Group Facilities Services enabling a seamless range of additional services post construction and for the life of the operational asset. The Group is sustained by a central Support Services Team who provide integrated Procurement, HR, Finance and Administration services across the associated businesses.
