With Love, is a not-for-profit serving the needs of foster families in Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas, by providing safe, clean, high quality clothing and essential supplies for children ages 0-6. We believe foster parents and children deserve to thrive without worrying about the basic essentials of caring for a family.
