Black-heritage pupils consistently have the lowest entry rate to high tariff universities which negatively impacts on their employability, life-time earnings and social mobility prospects. With Insight Education’s mission is to address this disparity. Working with both universities and companies, our mentoring programmes free bright black-heritage pupils of self-limiting doubts and empowers them with the confidence, knowledge and an increased ability to navigate their path into top universities and professional careers. With Insight Education has received business support from Teach First, the School for Social Entrepreneurs, Cambridge Social Ventures and The Young Foundation. Our network of partners span the UK and include the University of Bristol, Manchester and the University of East Anglia as well as leading organisations such as Leap Beyond and Aon.
