The idea of connecting others started when a friend didn’t have Internet access at his business. After a little research, a few maxed credit cards, and hard work, Wisper Internet was born. Wisper thrived by bridging the gap in rural America with high-speed Internet. Headquartered in Mascoutah, Illinois, our team is known for problem-solving and spot-on customer service. With an ever-growing staff, you can find us across Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
