WiseGuy.com was founded by a group of University of Maryland alumni who wanted to help create a more collaborative and interactive learning environment for college students. With large lecture halls and thousands of other students it’s easy to feel like you have to go the road alone. Our vision is to create university centric online communities that empower students to build meaningful peer relationships and help each other succeed academically and beyond. Our Peer Learning Platform connects college students with peer tutors and mentors by making university programs more accessible to students. We work with universities to bring all of the peer tutoring and mentoring programs at their school online and accessible in one place. Our unique platform lets students connect with each other directly, while giving program coordinators and directors tools to manage their program and measure results.
