Since 2012, the Workers Compensation Independent Review Office (WIRO) has been helping injured workers reach fair solutions with their insurers. New laws have expanded our functions, which means we’re changing our name, and we can now help people injured in motor accidents, as well as people injured at work, solve complaints about their insurers.
