Helping people injured at work and in motor vehicle accidents > Finding fair and fast solutions to complaints about insurers > Funding expert lawyers to assist injured workers From Monday, 1 March 2021 we will be known as the Independent Review Office (IRO). Since 2012, the Workers Compensation Independent Review Office (WIRO) has been helping injured workers reach fair solutions with their insurers. New laws have expanded our functions, which means we’re changing our name, and we can now help people injured in motor accidents, as well as people injured at work, solve complaints about their insurers.
