WINWORK is a business-social enterprise, established by people with disabilities that aims to promote people with and without disabilities, in developing careers as entrepreneurs and business owners. We are in the process of building a business ecosystem at the heart of an entrepreneurial community that will grow and operates in joint work complexes, in which a business and social, egalitarian and inclusive relationship will be forged that will lead to the synergy between the people. As part of the project, the WINWORK Academy program operates, which provides tools and skills for starting a business, personal and professional guidance, while combining assistive technologies and adjustments, throughout the establishment process and in parallel with the growth of the business. Background: The labor market in Israel in 2019 contains thousands of quality and talented job seekers, some of them academics, who try to find work without success and the glass ceiling that prevents them from finding work, stems from the fact that they are people with disabilities and parents of children with disabilities! In contrast to the negative stigmas, we believe that an entrepreneur with a disability has high and strong abilities by simply dealing with his own disability 24/7! Dealing with challenges, barriers, and changes on a daily basis is an advantage in the business world. Professional and personal guidance of the WINWORK team and the tax benefits that the state provides to people with disabilities, actually give a competitive advantage to the novice entrepreneur of WINWORK!
