Kathy Mooney founded Wine2Consumer in 2012, offering small and mid-sized wineries a turn-key solution to manage, administer, and help grow wine clubs. Attention to detail is the key. She has experience managing wine clubs for family owned and large corporate wineries, and has directed the launch of new clubs and overseen the development and expansion of existing clubs. Kathy has administered database cleanup, managed inventories and allocations, and revamped procedures increasing profits and creating seamless partnerships. A long time Healdsburg resident, Kathy worked as a lab technician for several of Sonoma County's largest wineries before transitioning to hospitality. She has extensive experience in all DTC channels and has managed many successful wine clubs. She has served on the board of directors for the Wine Road, and appeared as a guest speaker for Vineyard & Winery Management's Wine Club and Tasting Room Profitability seminars, as well as SRJC wine studies programs.
