We established Windmills 15 years ago as a fledgling department at The University of Liverpool committed to researching issues of personal development and devising practical resources to realise the potential of individuals and organisations. We've been helping others to manage change in their lives in a positive way ever since. All our creatively conceived programmes and resources are based on careful research and thoroughly tried and tested with individuals, communities and organisations across the UK. As the winds have blown, so too has our culture adjusted. We continue to be open to new possibilities and ideas while our commitment to core values and passions remains as steadfast as ever. Change is an opportunity we always welcome and Windmills was relaunched as an independent organisation in summer 2009.
