WIN, Women In Negotiation, is a premier female-focused organization, providing negotiation training for businesses and individuals. Through the art of negotiation, we help women recognize and overcome internal and external barriers to achieve greater success professionally and personally. Founded in 2015, in partnership with Columbia University and The Negotiation Institute, we are dedicated to helping women become more confident leaders and communicators. WIN offers professional training, personal coaching, immersive workshops, custom programs, and an annual summit, with a uniquely holistic approach.
