Mark Williams, the Managing Director and original founder, personally oversees an experienced Sales and Lettings team specialising in the SE1 area, encompassing the entire South Bank region from Waterloo in the West through to Tower Bridge in the East. We are known for offering distinctive accommodation within former warehouse and factory buildings, which feature gated communities, landscaping with tropical water gardens and residents’ leisure facilities. In some cases, the developments feature 24-hour concierge/security.
