Wild Garlic was established in November of 2007; we are a stylish family run Restaurant & Rooms that has been awarded 2 AA rosettes every year since opening and we are recommended in the Michelin guide. Upstairs there are five beautifully appointed and comfortable, en suite rooms, we are the perfect base to explore the Cotswold's. Staying local, Nailsworth is a great place to explore with plenty of unique, independent shops and some fantastic eateries. Everything we serve is made by hand with pride, menu’s focus on flavour and feature the very best produce seasonal from the South West. We only use fish that is caught by sustainable methods and use small local producers wherever possible. Small hardworking kitchen team headed by Chef Patron Matthew Beardshall and business partner Hannah Beardshall.
