Our shop in Covent Garden is a treasure trove for spirits lovers, with an entire floor dedicated to whisky, and run by a team of experts keen to help customers find something special. We’re passionate about drinks, and this thirst for knowledge runs through the heart of the company. We (re-)started MoM because we were fed up buying from companies who were poor, knew it, and didn’t care. We were fed up with all the things it seems you have to accept when dealing with online businesses – unanswered emails, being passed from pillar to post by an IVR system that seems designed to make you hang up, and policies which ensure that when you finally do get through to someone, they are powerless to help you. We were fed up with being treated as if we didn’t matter, by people who didn't care. So we hired people who actually wanted to deliver great service and gave them the authority and latitude to do just that...
