We are an Austin based non-profit that provides accessible and affordable bilingual fitness and nutrition classes to people in low-income communities. Since 2011 we have been working with local established organizations to provide the location for our classes and bringing the group instructors and nutritionists into the community, completely free of cost for the participants.
